This 2022 Keystone Fuzion 373 is a 39’ fifth-wheel toy hauler that was purchased new by the current owner. A loading ramp provides access to a rear garage that can be configured as a screened-in lounge with an elevated bed, two sleeper sofas, and a powder room, while the main living area features three slide-outs, a four-seat recliner sofa, a television, a fireplace, a kitchenette, and a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Amenities include power awnings, privacy shades, a refrigerator, a range, a microwave, and an island with integrated stools. The trailer rides on tandem axles with 16” alloy wheels, and equipment includes a hydraulic leveling system, an Onan generator, a 42k-Btu heating system, three rooftop air conditioners, dual propane tanks, and a 60-gallon refueling station. This Fuzion 373 is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with a clean Florida title in the owner’s name.

The exterior is finished in white with multicolor decals, and two power-operated awnings are mounted along the right side. Dual 30-gallon fuel tanks are connected to a dispensing pump, hose, and nozzle. House equipment includes a gasoline-powered 5.5-kW Onan generator, a 42k-Btu heating system, three rooftop air conditioning units, two 60-lb propane tanks, and a Magnum Dimensions inverter connected to two deep-cycle batteries. Holding tanks for fresh, gray, and black water have capacities of 94, 88, and 88 gallons, respectively.

The 11’ garage can be enclosed with screen doors, and the diamond-plate floor has multiple tie-downs. The spring-assisted loading ramp can also serve as a porch shaded by a power awning, and a separate side door with retractable steps is provided along with a powder room.

A queen-size platform bed and two sofas that convert into a sleeping area are mounted to motorized tracks, allowing them to be stored toward the ceiling when not in use.

Three slide-outs expand the main living quarters, which feature gray cabinetry and flooring as well as a central vacuum system. The kitchenette has a residential-style refrigerator, a range, a microwave, and a sink with a tile-patterned backsplash. Swing-out stools are provided on either side of the island. Across from a television and fireplace is a four-seat recliner sofa with a heated-and-cooled cupholder in each armrest. Plastic wrapping remains on the footrests.

A bedroom and en suite bathroom are housed in the raised forward section of the trailer. Appointments include a television, closet, wardrobe, dresser, and enclosed shower.

Tandem 7k-lb axles are equipped with electric drum brakes, and the 16” alloy wheels are wrapped in 255/85 Goodyear Endurance tires that show 2021 production date codes. The trailer measures approximately 13.5’ tall and 8.5’ wide, and it weighs approximately 15k pounds.

The trailer is equipped with a hydraulic leveling system.
